Workshops in Cambridge

Join us for a day of Family Constellations to explore the issues in your life that are holding you back from your true potential and wellbeing.

What are family constellations?

Family constellations give a powerful living map of the dynamics in your family. You’ll notice issues emerging that have often been established over many generations and have kept family members stuck in unhelpful patterns.

These workshops bring a deep sense of compassion and belonging for all those who participate. Through this process you can feel the complex web of interconnection reaching into your presentproviding a springboard into the future.

What to expect?

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss their issue and set-up a constellation by choosing other group members to represent parts of their family system.

The facilitator will work with the emerging dynamics to bring insight and resolve to the issues presented.

Please Note: It will not be possible for everyone to present their issues on the day but you will have the opportunity to represent other peoples family members and in doing so you can realise many valuable insights relating to your own life. Witnessing other people’s constellation is often a deeply moving experience.
